CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU NEED YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, WE PREFER 24 HOURS NOTICE AS A COURTESY TO OUR STYLISTS AND THEIR TIME. SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT LAST MINUTE, CANCELLATION FEES MAY APPLY AND CASES WILL BE DEALT WITH ON A CLIENT-BY-CLIENT BASIS.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS MAY RESULT IN PAYMENT OF SERVICES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, OR THE INABILITY TO BOOK FURTHER APPOINTMENTS WITH OUT A DOWN-PAYMENT OF SERVICES.

LATE POLICY

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE, AND RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES DO OCCUR, AND SHOULD YOU BE LATE FOR ANY REASON PLEASE CALL US AT 414-489-7198 TO LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (ALL CASES WILL BE DEALT WITH ON A CLIENT-BY-CLIENT BASIS).

"NO SHOW" POLICY

IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT, OR FAIL TO APPEAR FOR AN APPOINTMENT (AKA "NO SHOW"), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE PRE-PAYMENT OF SERVICES IN ORDER TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, OR DENY THE ABILITY TO RESCHEDULE IF TOO MANY APPOINTMENT ARE MISSED. 

**AS A COURTESY TO OUR STYLISTS PLEASE SEE THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY, SHOULD YOU NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

COLOR CORRECTION OR SPECIALTY COLOR

A CORRECTIVE COLOR IS DESIGNED FOR RESTORING NATURAL TONES, AND CORRECTING PROFESSIONAL OR AT-HOME COLOR THAT DID NOT TURN OUT AS DESIRED. GENERALLY THESE APPOINTMENTS TEND TO BE ANYWHERE FROM 2-4 HOURS LONG. THE SAME CAN TRUE FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE A SPECIALTY COLOR APPLICATION, SUCH AS A VIVID COLOR, BALAYAGE, OMBRE, SOMBRE, ETC. 

DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT PORTIONS OF TIME OUR STYLISTS SET ASIDE TO DO COLOR CORRECTION/SPECIALTY COLOR SERVICES, WE HAVE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THESE APPOINTMENTS.

AT THE TIME OF YOUR CONSULTATION AND BOOKING WE WILL COLLECT A 30% DEPOSIT OF YOUR SERVICES. THIS DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT. SHOULD YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 48-HOURS NOTICE, YOUR FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SHOULD YOU "NO SHOW" THIS APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 20% TO THE CARD ON FILE, AS A PENALTY FEE.

COVID-19 OPERATING POLICIES

AS WE LEARN TO NAVIGATE OUR NEW NORMAL OF OPERATING DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC PLEASE BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY READ OUR NEW POLICES IN PLACE TO PROTECT OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF.

WHAT TO EXPECT ...

  1. ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK 

    • DON'T HAVE ONE? WE'LL SUPPLY YOU A PAPER MASK FOR $1

    • ONCE SEATED YOUR STYLIST WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THEIR COMFORTABLE WITH YOU REMOVING YOUR MASK

  2. ALL STAFF AND STYLISTS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAR MASKS AND THOROUGHLY SANITIZE THEIR STATIONS.

  3. IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR EXHIBITING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

BIG CHANGES:

  • ALL FABRIC FURNITURE THAT CAN NOT BE DISINFECTED HAS BEEN REMOVED

  • THE SHAMPOO BOWL WILL BE A "QUIET ZONE" BECAUSE MASKS CAN NOT BE WORN DURING THIS STEP

  • NO BEVERAGES WILL BE OFFERED; SO WE CAN'T SPIKE YOUR COFFEE OR OFFER YOU A NICE GLASS OF WINE

  • STYLIST STATIONS ARE SOCIALLY DISTANCED, AND THE SALON IS OPERATING AT A LOWER CAPACITY.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, YOU MUST GIVE 48 HRS NOTICE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL "NO-SHOW" AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.
