Dan has been a hairdresser since 2000 and opened Tease in January of 2007! He has been an educator for Goldwell and Label M, which has allowed him to work and learn from amazing individuals in the industry. Having traveled the country for education, he decided to step away from that to focus on his children, salon and staff. But he's kept in contact with those he's worked with which allows us to bring wonderful information and education into the salon.

Julia began her journey in 2018 at Vici Beauty School and has been licensed and behind the chair since 2021. She stays up to date on trends and education and has fallen in love with gray coverage, dimensional low-maintenance color, bob and shag haircuts, and updos. It means a lot to her that every person in her chair leaves feeling seen, comfortable, and confident. Outside the salon she’s into art/DIY, yoga, podcasts, and snuggling her dog and cat.

Heidi started her career in 1992, stepped back to study the arts at university, then returned graduating from Vici in 2001! She loves a wide range of colors and cuts, from fashion shades to classic blondes, and from precision bobs to shaggy, alternative looks. Whatever her clients want, she aims to deliver their dream hair. Outside the salon, she paints and practices karate.

Amanda has been a salon receptionist since 2018, and her favorite part of the industry is the diverse clientele and seeing each stylist’s unique work come to life. Outside of work she enjoys life with her husband, cat, and dog. Her hobbies include reading and expressing herself through her artistic outlets.

Monica graduated from ViCi Beauty School in 2004 and has loved the industry ever since. A well-rounded stylist, she enjoys a wide variety of clientele—from funky cuts and colors to traditional men’s and women’s styles—and she especially loves special-occasion work like wedding up-dos and braiding. With Tease since 2014, she’s your go-to for special styling, gray coverage, men’s cuts, and curly hair, and she’s proud to be on a talented, humble team.

Caitlin started her journey at Vici beauty school in 2021, graduated in 2022, and is excited to be around the creative energy a salon brings. She enjoys blonding services and the time she spends with her clients, and she’s eager to learn and always looking for new techniques and the latest trends. When she’s not in the salon she’s reading, crocheting cute stuffed animals, enjoying music, or hanging out with her cat, Lord Farquaad.

Excited to be around the industry again as a former hairstylist of 8 years, she is loving the energy of the salon and staff. She is energized by supporting the talent and creativity of her co-workers and by seeing clients’ hair transformations! Krystal is a huge movie buff (her first job was at a movie theater) who also loves going to festivals, enjoying live music, and traveling when she can!

Yadira is originally from Nebraska and has been in Wisconsin since 2018. She found us at Tease seeking more education and brings a real hunger for learning. She enjoys bright, vivid tones and also has a strong talent for blonde/bronze balayage. Known for creating instant connections with her clients, she unwinds with her cats and coffee while watching Twilight as her guilty pleasure.

With over 31 years in cosmetology, Deb’s career is rooted in passion, creativity, and a commitment to education. She’s worked behind the chair and, as a WCTC educator, has seen how this industry transforms lives. She specializes in blonding, color correction, and extensions, and she loves blowouts and cuts. Off hours she rides her motorcycle and is a mom of four and two cats. “I believe in self care and knowing when to recharge.”

Matt is one of our favorite staff members at Tease! He works to keep the salon clean and ready for clients and brings us all such joy when he’s here.
