Every year, Tease “adopts” a Milwaukee family in need, and we graciously ask that our clients lend a hand in helping us donate items to a deserving family. We at Tease feel very fortunate to be able to reach out and help families during the Holiday season: a time of giving, compassion, and love.
This year we've "adopted" a single mom with three young girls. The following is some information about them, and donation/gift ideas for them!
Felicia is a 28 year old single mother of three children. Felicia struggles from mental health issues. She recently started working with the Behavioral Health Department and has been assigned a peer specialist. She has been very consistent in meeting with her social workers. She is working hard on parenting curriculum so that she can safely parent her children.
Felicia would like a blender and a king sized comforter set.
Lamarii is a seven year old female is a size 6x shirt and 8/10 slim pants. She would like Barbies, coloring/art supplies, hair and makeup doll head, full comforter set, hat and scarf.
Taelur is a six year old female in a size 6 shirt and 7 pants. She would like a doll house, doll house accessories, twin comforter set, hat and scarf.
Ahkynzi is a two year old female in a size 3T shirt and 4T pants. She would like Legos (appropriate for a young child), hat and scarf.
P.S. All the girls really like the same types of things such as dolls and art supplies.
Donation Guidelines:
Items should be new, not used
Gift cards for gas stations, grocery stores, or stores like Target and Walmart are also welcome
Any cash that we receive we will give to the family in the form of a gift card
Deadline for Donations is Mon December 17th
